Water Exercise is designed for adults looking for a low-impact water-resistance training class. Combining plyometrics, aerobics, strength training, and fun! Starter class designed for any level. Attend the first class FREE to try it out! You will need to complete a Release Form before your FREE class, so allow enough time to complete the form before the class begins.

Water Exercise Policies:
Participants must follow the same procedures as lap swimmers.
The entrance to the pool is through the appropriate locker room.
The WOMEN'S LOCKER ROOM is the first corridor on your left.
The MEN'S LOCKER ROOM is the second corridor on your left.
Please leave your street shoes in the locker room to keep our pool deck clean.
Everyone must SHOWER before entering the pool as per the NJ Bathing Code.
Adult Level 2 ( Ages 18-99)
55 Minute Class Pre-requisite: Must know all of Adult Level 1 Skills Goggles recommended
This class is for the student who has completed Level 1 Emphasis will be on freestyle and backstroke and water safety skills
Completion of Level 2 includes
- Front & back streamline push-offs from the wall
- Treading water for 1 minute
- Back float for 1 Minute
- Consistent independent freestyle for 25 yards using a front streamline push-off, reaching arms, rotary breathing and straight leg flutter kick.
- Consistent independent backstroke for 25 yards using a back streamline push-off, keeping head back with straight leg flutter kick.
- 15 yards of basic backstroke
- Water safety skills with an emphasis on SWIM /FLOAT/SWIM
